Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a vehicle or service through VIPluxuryride, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Bookings & Pricing
All bookings are for a specific vehicle at the price displayed at the time of booking. Prices are calculated based on vehicle type, duration, and route/distance, and are confirmed in the invoice sent to you before payment. Rates are subject to change without prior notice for future bookings.
3. Payment
Full or partial payment (as specified on your invoice) is required to confirm a booking. We accept payment via our online payment partner or bank transfer, as indicated at checkout.
4. Chauffeur & Vehicle Conduct
All vehicles are provided with a professional, background-checked chauffeur. Passengers are expected to treat the chauffeur and vehicle with respect. Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger during a trip may be charged to the client.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup, destination, and contact details. Delays caused by incorrect information provided by the client may affect pricing and service levels.
6. Liability
VIPluxuryride maintains insurance coverage for its fleet and chauffeurs. We are not liable for indirect losses (such as missed flights or events) arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, or force majeure events.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy, available separately on this site.
8. Partner Vehicles
Vehicles listed on this site may be owned by VIPluxuryride or by partner vehicle owners operating under our platform. In all cases, the booking, payment, and chauffeur service are managed by VIPluxuryride.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
